Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times for deliveries within Canada vary between 3 to 14 business days depending on the destination & shipping method chosen.
Shipping to US is available upon request. Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. Customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you require a shipping quote to US, please contact us.
Worldwide shipping is currently unavailable.
These are Riamist’s (“Riamist”, “we” or “our”) Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased directly from our website. All returns must meet the guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Riamist Customer Service through our Contact Us page.
- We will happily exchange or refund your order with an original sales receipt.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We accept unopened, unused, unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. Defective items may still be accepted if you receive:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts
- Any item not matching its product description
- Shipping fees incurred due to returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer.
- When returning, after obtaining a RMA number, please allow approximately 2-3 days for processing. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Additional processing delay may occur as credit card companies and banks sometimes withhold funds.
- We reserve the rights to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. We are not responsible for any fees inflected by your credit card companies or banks.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
