RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, there are certain situations where refunds will be granted with the buyer paying for return shipping, or buyer can discard the product in case of severe damages:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item not not matching its product description

We may offer partial refunds for reasons not due to our error at our discretion, such as:
- Any item that becomes faulty after more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of defect in photos. Once you submit a request for return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We may request for the defected item to be sent to us for inspection. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delay may occur as credit card companies and banks sometimes withhold funds. We reserve the rights to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. We are not responsible for any fees inflected by your credit card companies or banks. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@riamist.com.
